Oh my, the tension is building but do not despair. We are bringing you more of the Saga of Mr Wu running away to join the circus today. On a Monday, you exclaim? Yes! But first, (you knew I was going to make you wait a little more, didn’t you?) I want to bring you a little advance notice for a Kickstarter project which is about to be launched by my good friends at the Island Shakespeare Festival. Until this year, they were staging their (FREE!) productions in a beautiful woodland setting, which, due to scheduling conflicts, was no longer as available as they needed for their season of performances.

Who wouldn’t want to run off and join this circus?
But! (drum roll here, please) Through researching in all the little nooks and crannies of the internet, they discovered that they could purchase a a genuine, custom-built, historic tent fromArmbruster Tents in which they can stage their productions of (did I already say FREE?) Shakespeare plays for years to come. As soon as the project goes live, I will let you know, because even if you don’t live on Whidbey Island, there are many fun goodies that you could get for your very own, and quite frankly, this may be the perfect reason to plan a trip here in August, which is generally fabulous here, and abysmal everywhere else. Did I mention pandas are involved in this project, just a little? I’ll post a link to their project as soon as it goes live!
So now, without further fol-der-ol, here is the next episode of
Bears Under the Big Top!
